Putting the Noble in Nobleberry

What's in a name? Let us introduce ours:

Noble - only using real, 100% domestically-sourced ingredients with nothing artificial.

Berry - fresh, tart, hand-picked American elderberries

Our ingredients are a reflection of our mission: doing better because we know better. We live up to our name by providing a drink that offers nutritional, holistic benefits without ever sacrificing taste.

A refreshing, natural soda with simple, transparent ingredients - that is rather noble, don’t you think?

Learn more about those ingredients below.

Elderberries

Rich, juicy, and mouth-wateringly tart, elderberries are a powerhouse berry offering up to 3x more antioxidants than other berries. Elderberries have long been used to ease cold and flu symptoms, boost immune systems, and support overall heart health. Our elderberries come from family farms in the United States that give homegrown, holistic, natural remedies the respect they deserve.

American Honey

Acting as our sweetener, our rich, locally-sourced honey rounds out the tart and tangy lemony elderberry. As a natural sweetener, honey is much easier for your body to use and digest than processed, sugary syrups or artificial sweeteners like aspartame found in many other (so-called) health sodas.

Lemon

There’s nothing like a cool, crisp glass of lemonade, and we bring notes of that same nostalgia (and boost of Vitamin C) here.

Ginger

Here, ginger adds a bright, sharp cut of flavor that perfectly rounds out the tart elderberries.

L-Theanine

L-Theanine is an amino acid most commonly found in tea. We include it here to ease stress, provide clarity, reduce insomnia, and give you that extra boost you need to feel good about what you’re drinking.

Carbonated Water

It’s true that sparkling water can often help with digestion, but it’s also true that it makes our natural soda that much more fun to drink.

Citric Acid

This is used as a natural preservative to keep our soda shelf-stable while subtly enhancing and complementing the natural tang of our elderberries.
